He was the new star
He had the voice
He had the looks

I was the dull sky
I lay in bed in the dark on my phone
I watch Netflix on my laptop eating ice cream on a weekly basis ,
Maybe even on a daily basis

they say stars don't shine without darkness

and that darkness isn't complete without a shining star

was he my star?
