At the farthest reaches of the known Universe a ragtag band of Necromonger defectors wait for their former Lord Marshall to arrive at a clandestine meeting place far from prying eyes. Unaware of who summoned him, Riddick arrives with the hope that a mysterious Kearyn can help him seize control of the thing threatening to transform him into a being of unbelievable power.
Upon arrival Riddick quickly becomes aware Kearyn and longtime bounty hunter Alexander Toombs, knows far more about his murky past than either are willing to share. Now, to learn the truth and save an idyllic future with Dahl, Riddick will have to work with the enemy. All the while, unaware of the evil approaching from the darkest reaches of space.
