This is an EruRi story I wrote, based on the cover image I've included here which is perhaps my favorite Erwin and Levi sketch on the entire internet. ALL CREDIT TO THE ARTIST (name is on the drawing)--I only wish I had half your talent. Story expands on events that take place after the Scouts return to HQ following the failed first Female Titan expedition.

Humanity's Strongest and its Last Hope are suffering. After the deadly mission to rescue Eren, the Survey Corps was put on hiatus to await fresh recruits. Everyone seemed to be relieved, enjoying their much needed R&R, except for Levi and Eren. Drowning in their own regret, guilt and despair, they're forced together in an unusual circumstance. Surprisingly, they find comfort in one another. Would they find more? This is definitely a Riren/Ereri story, but it's a slow burn...takes a few chapters to build up to it. Be patient, and hang in there. I think you'll be pleased.❤ *This story takes place after Eren's rescue from Reiner and Bert. ///Completed/// This is a short story I worked on (Sorta short? There is 7 chapters) I did my best to keep Erwin's personality true to how he is. I put him in a scenario where he grows feelings for a female who's under his command. I tried to make it to how I personally felt Erwin would react in this scenario. We all know Erwin is a hunk and could probably have any women he desired but he is still single because he doesn't want to put anyone through the pain of him dying or vice versa. I feel if Erwin were to have a love interest, the girl would have to really push and convince him. She will have to understand what his main priorities are and be supporting of his hopes and dreams.
