In the town of Harrison, Ohio, there were two schools; Harrison High School and Harris Academy. These two schools went above and beyond the rival quota. There had been many arrests on both sides and a lot of money had gone into fixing things that were broken as a consequence of the rivalry. Pools were emptied and refilled, football fields needed to be re-grassed, gyms had to be redone, and a whole lot more. These were some of the things that had been done to and by both schools. Going to school, into their senior years, were the two rival starting wide receivers: Justice Homer and Reed Archer. Justice Homer goes Harris Academy. He's your typical prep school student. He has good grades, a good family and well popular. He was well known throughout the town, mostly for his athletic abilities. He was pretty into the rivalry, but not in it enough to rationalize doing something illegal. Reed Archer goes to Harrison High School. He's the wide receiver of the football team and he is classified as a 'bad boy' at school, he can be known to drink a lot at parties but doesn't get into drugs. His home life is complicated. His parents don't love one another and instead hate each other's guts but refuse to get a divorce. Both are set in their ways and believe their way is the only way. They weren't rich, which is why Reed attends public school. He, too, was known throughout the town but more because of his parents. He is recognized for his athletic abilities but as an afterthought of his parents. These two boys were rivals. However, when they attend the same football camp during the summer, things begin to change between them. They were forced to room together, and you can't spend two months with someone and not have your relationship change. As this relations blossoms, the rivalry fades away and a new feeling begins to take over, one of love.
