Angel Snow was an average high school student that was heading off to school for the first day of school. Who apparently is an Otaku and LOVES Hetalia. 
One day, she was watching Hetalia and noticed a shooting star pass by her window. She made a wish for her life in school to be more like Hetalia, so she could at least enjoy herself.
Guess that "Be careful what you wish for" metaphor turned out to be true!
For the Hetalia characters have become part in Angel's high school life! Literally!
