Confused Feelings

A guy who has feelings to a girl and he's giving a hint for her to get it, he's showing his feelings through body language but then the girl don't get it. She's really confuse about it she don't understand what the guy trying to say or do. Will they end up together or the guy just continue to give out hints about his feelings?
