Hope Downs is a town located in Montana. Hope Downs is known for being a bit creepy at times and no one knows why. One day a divorced father and his son, Levi, move here and buy an old shack in the woods. It sounded like the greatest getaway from the horrors they faced in their old home in Los Angeles, but as they become comfortable with the new town they begin to find things that are questionable.
