After the success of the peaceful demonstration, life isn't quite the same. That's not to say that it is necessarily bad, just... different.
Kara, Alice, and Luther settle in Canada with Rose, Adam, and Rose's brother, and struggle to keep their identity as androids a secret.
Connor moves in with Hank temporarily until he can afford his own place, and work together investigating the Red Ice epidemic.
Markus and his friends Simon, North, and Josh move in with Carl and take a single room for the four of them.
However, now that the slavery of androids has been outlawed, the economy is suffering a mild depression due to the sudden loss of unpaid workers.
