Former International Crime-Fighting Spy Austin Powers has decided to quit his job for a while, until he moves to America in a Suburban neighborhood, where he meets THE ONE & ONLY, LIZZIE MCGUIRE!!! He also meets The Mcguire family & Lizzie's Friends: Miranda & Gordo; whereas Lizzie encounters a tiny problem with her arch-nemisis...KATE SANDERS... Ugh!

But Kate has different plans up her sleeve for Lizzie & The others.... She plans to run AND organize a Groovy 70's Dance whereas Kate will try anything but to be as MORE Groovy & Popular as possible by becoming the Class President in Lizzie's Speech & Debate class! (Where she'll stop at NOTHING to rule the whole school and torment the student's guidelines with Kate's endless Reign Of Power!)

Will Lizzie, Gordo, Miranda, & Austin ever stop Kate Sanders from being the Groovy Queen granted to be the Class President in Lizzie's Speech & Debate Class? Or will Kate's perfectly evil plan continue to reign over the school with her power?
