PLEASE NOTE: my writing is a lot better now. In the not-so-distant future, the world has been ravaged by climate disasters, economic collapse, and technological overreach. The Earth's atmosphere is barely breathable in some areas, and society is divided into highly controlled, isolated Zones. These Zones are managed by an all-powerful governing body called The Ascendancy, which uses a combination of surveillance, propaganda, and strict population control to maintain order. They believe that if the parents believe it, the kids will too. But it doesn't stop Alex. She and her best friends decide that they are going to try and stop this. But how? They have no clue. This book is is written in the far future were war is raging throughout the world permanently halting all innovations. Humanity wanting to finally bring it all to an end only finds one way to solve it. End humanity as we know it. Governments across the globe found that humanity wasn't what it was before and had become dark and terrible to live in, so to fix that they made a small utopia pulling in families, scientists, and important government officials to create the perfect pair of humans. Those two humans would be trained to kill what humanity has become and start it all over, so the world would be a better place. But once they make the female, they find that she is not like her partner. She has a different goal in mind than restarting humanity. This is my first book, so it may have a few mess ups but I hope you enjoy, I have worked hard to at least get this out.
