"One day, three autumns," she translated for me. "It's a Chinese idiom, a saying, which is used when you miss someone so much that 'one day feels as long as three years'."

Alexander Andrews had always been in love with her, ever since he first laid eyes on her. Now that she is gone, he has to struggle with reality and try to make a name for himself and his band, 'One Day, Three Autumns'. He writes a song in her memory and never realised how missing someone would kickstart the fame and fortune he had to come.

Is the success of his band what Alex really wants?
