Delinquents

Mika Haywood is renowned as a delinquent in her home city. Seen by the public and authorities as a trouble maker at her best and a terrorist at her worst, her potent personality has spurred her into a battle against the system that governs her world.

The law, held in place by extremely powerful men known as Executives, suffocates the youth of Mika's generation and she leads a struggle against the enigmatic Executive Network.

Cut away from the battle between the youth and the Executives. Stanley Hulme is a delinquent in his own right, but on a much less dynamic scale - he is seen by many in his school as a bad boy who has a problem with authority.

When Stanley finds a badly beaten girl on his way home from school one day, his old life is effectively shattered and he is pulled into a fight he must either come to understand and join, or die in.
