Illumina was only a seventeen year old girl, working to keep her mother, younger brother and herself stable. She fell in love with the story of the Avatar, Avatar Aang being the last Airbender in the first series then bringing peace from a raging 100 year war, and Avatar Korra whom brought the spirit realm and physical together along with the Air Nation's return. Everything at which was produced by Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko. It was only a masterpiece of fiction. Until she has a run in with the modern day Red Lotus. 

Breaking her dormant state was their short term goal, and their long term only even filled with much more evil. They had her in their grasp, untrained and vulnerable until she escaped out of sight - a portal opened landing her in the time of Avatar Aang. She had no way back, and no idea why she was here. But as she realized the exact time she landed in, she thought maybe she'd have to live in this time  - learning the meaning of being the Avatar along the way.

The team has to stay hidden incase someone sees Aang's arrows or Aya's wings. It won't be easy, but things have never been easy for Team Avatar. Aang believes he has to save the world on his own, but he isn't alone, he has his Fire Angel at his side. The Avatar and Fire Angel are not only destined to be with each other but are destined to save the world together. Allies will become enemies and enemies will become allies. With in desperate need of a firebending teacher, Zuko throws away the need of capturing the Avatar and instead assists him in saving the world and teaching him firebending. After almost a year of traveling, fighting, friendship, love, anger, and heartbreak it's time for Team Avatar to save the world and bring peace back to it. She sensitive but holds a fiercely calm facade and will do anything for the people she loves. But she has one fear, losing the sense of purpose in life that she know's she has and not being able to protect the people she loves most. Under revision ----- I do not own Avatar the Last Airbender or the story and characters that come along with it. I only own Kya and the slight alterations to the story that I have made.
