By just one glance at him from the crowded school hallway, Jack has come to the conclusion that he hates him already. Alex just moved to Baltimore and he already has all the popular kids wrapped around his little finger. How he managed to climb to the top of the popularity list is beyond Jack's knowing. All Jack know's is that he can't wait to be far away from the school, from the popular kids, and farther away from Alex as possible. But what happens when a thought gets planted in Jack's lonely mind? When Jack starts to question things, question himself even, things take an unexpected turn. Did he really want to be far away from Alex? His mind said yes, but his heart says other wise. Everyone always tells you to listen to your heart, but people who are wiser than him-insert sarcastic laugh here- like his mother, his teachers, ect. yells at him, "Use your goddamn brain Jack!" So now the skunk color haired boy has to make a decision. Should he take a chance with his thoughts, or should he just forget them and be left to wonder the ultimate question. "What could have been?" Gavin sympathizes with Alex. I don't want to tell anyone what happened, and I'm not going to. I wait for All Time Low to go on stage. I'm not gonna be a cunt and quit on him just because he did with me. I wait for a little while and then head out at my que, singing, bowing, and walking off and going to my bus. "If Alex comes by tell him I already went to bed. I don't want to talk to him." I mutter at the guys, going into the bathroom, taking off my makeup before climbing into bed in my sports bra and sweat pants. ●●●● Petal is a girl who loves music, and has always had a passion for it. She's in a band, touring with her favorite band around the world with her best friends. It's a little crazy, being a girl with bipolar depression around people who never seem to truly understand. Alex is a player just like Jack, only has been in a few serious relationships. He likes a challenge, and Petal is one hell of a challenge that he is scared to fall in love with. Alex's wife leaves him with their 3 month old son, she doesn't want to come back. She doesn't like life, and she wishes she'd never been married or had a child. She wanted to go back to life how it used to be, and she wanted to start fresh. She'd signed the court papers for the divorce, and he signed them too, because all he wanted now was his son. She willingly gave him up with no fight, not questions asked, and he didn't dare ask for child support. He wanted her nowhere near his boy. What the fuck was he supposed to do now? It was May, and they'd be touring the US in a fucking month. Alex didn't understand how a person could even do that. He couldn't fathom the mere idea of up and leaving your own family, especially when his parents had walked out on him. Alex was raised by his aunt, who sadly has now passed away. All Alex has left is his son, his band and his best friends/bandmates, namely his best friend of all, and the man he'd been in love with throughout high school and most of their adult lives, Jack. Alex was bisexual,and he often fought with his wife about how he'd been with Jack multiple times, when things just worked out for them, and how he cared more about Jack than her. In most ways, she was right. That's not to say that he didn't love her. He did. Did being extremely past tense. Maybe he and Jack would find their way back to each other with all of this madness. DISCLAIMER: this story in NO way represents Alex's wife IRL, she is a WONDERFUL human being, & I will not be using her name at all in this story, as it is nowhere near about her. The Taylor in this story is NOT in reference to Tay Jardine either. There may be some talk about self harm. I own none of these characters, except Mason because he's my own creation.
