Poems (collection 1.0)
please don't read this (i laugh here, but i'm not joking). this is a relic. consider this the museum of my progression in writing. you can find the better (marginally) stuff from this one in "Poems (collection 2.0)". Thoughtful, often sad, and angry poems. It's an outlet. A way to be heard. Not genius; only jumbled messes of the multitude of my thoughts fighting their way out of my brain. There's so much I want to say, but not enough time to say it. Here are my attempts.Kumpleto

This poetry book is a collection of poems based on everyday feelings that I witness. A lot of them will paint an imagery. It will take your mind to a different place. skinny dipping
a collection of poems from the heart. these poems were written in times of either strong emotion or immense boredom. a creative outlet full of revealing truths and mysteries of humanity. all of this to aid in finding the answer to the most difficult question: "who am i?" putting yourself, your true self, out there is terrifying. you feel completely exposed. naked. but here i am. and this is me. completely exposed for you to see the reality of me. disclaimer: does include some mature topics that may be triggering for some but none of it is graphic. (this may include mentions of sex, self harm, abusive relationships, death, gender dysphoria, and drugs)Kumpleto
The Songs of The Gullible Wiseman: The Early Poems of Maddy Kobar 2008-2013
A young writer's newly released first collection of poems. Written during the tumultuous and at times troubling years of high school and the more forgiving and enlightening years of college, Maddy Kobar captures what it was like to have come of age in the last few years. These poems touch on personal levels with hope and hopelessness amid the most confusing years of one's life as well as some of the larger issues facing our society- such as women's rights, LGBTQ equality and the fragile state of the environment. The poems are broken up into four categories; Love and Disappointment, At Desperation's Door, Voices That Speak for Themselves, and Life's Lies Unveiled (or Truths that must be told). This collection was originally released on Amazon in Summer 2013. I honestly want more reads and reviews on ALL my writing so I'm going to re-release this collection as a 2nd edition now for Wattpad. This edition may have differences from the 1st edition. I'm not partial to poetry any more. The quality varies between the poems. I wrote them all between the ages of 14 and 20.Kumpleto
Me Working Through It
Just a bunch of poems I write to help get through life. You can see my journey through anxiety, friendships, relationships, sexuality confusion, family nonsense and depression. You might relate. I love comments (including grammar corrections). I do not own the artwork, I give credit to the artist when I can find it. I do own the poems so please give me credit and all that stuff. I do doubt anyone would be using my poetry for anything but anyway. I have a new book titled 'You.' which you'll be able to find in my account. I will only be updating that book from now on instead of this one as this one is completed.Kumpleto
POETRY OF MINE
Poetry is a beautiful way for self-expression, allowing me to share my thoughts and emotions in a powerful and captivating way. It is an art form that allows me to explore the depth of my feelings and to communicate them to others in a way that is both moving and memorable. Whether through rhyme or metaphor, poetry offers a unique and endlessly rewarding way to explore the human experience.
