 Tanner was sent to Gotham to take out the bat family, he embarks on his mission and arrives in Gotham ready to kill but is suddenly knocked out and wakes up in a weird cave surrounded by the people he is trying to kill. 

 During his imprisonment he meets this strange girl who seems to know exactly what he is thinking and can see into his soul. What will thus girl do to him and who is she?
