Riley Everson has been devoted to criminal justice ever since her parents were incarcerated when she was just 16. Now, at the age of 28, she lives an ideally perfect life, teaching at the prestigious Brellington University. 

Out of the blue, Riley is chosen to take part in a two week spring break on steroids better known as Neon. No one ever knows exactly what goes on inside Neon, but the mystery is what creates all of the hype. 

Tamed, quiet and by-the-book, Riley has no desire to take part, but when she realizes that this trip could provide her with the opportunity to unravel her parents secret history, she can't turn it down.

Riley's world is flipped upside down upon arrival. The two weeks of relaxation turn into two weeks of crime, lust, venomous encounters and survival.
