One evening after dinner, Brett felt something happen to him... A fanfiction loosely based on Brett's illness in 2020. First time writing something like this and also not an English native speaker, so if you find any errors, I'm happy for feedback. Also, I actually never wanted to write any Breddy fanfiction since there are so many, but the stories are all just so good and inspiring and I couldn't resist. Please forgive me XD. Another disclaimer: I have no idea about medicine whatsover, so there might be errors in all things medical related in this work, please just really treat it as FICTION and nothing else... Fantasy medieval universe in which Eddy is a prodigy from the lower class while Brett is a talented musician from a wealthy noble family. The past that they cannot and will not remember. *all the characters are 19 years or older

hospital/nurse au! where eddy is a nurse that brett meets in a hospital after an unfortunate incident. (p.s. don't worry, brett recovers just fine) no beta-read, because we die like men and i need to sleep. pls don't hate if there are any medical inaccuracies, musical inaccuracies, or as such. for some reason im more afraid of content nazis than brett/eddy reading this woop. List of Medical Acronyms: ADLs - Activities of Daily Living (things like showering, eating, toileting, transferring/changing positions) PRN - As per needed (usually for medications that are given in a certain scenario. in this case, naproxen is only given if the patient is expected to encounter pain, like during physiotherapy.)

Will Brett ever manage to say the R word??? But just as importantly, will he have the courage to be true to himself and to his feelings? A/N/ Hi guys and welcome to another episode of Avdk80 writes Breddy! Brett was sexually abused as a child, but nobody knows, not even Eddy. Because of love, that can't keep them from starting a relationship and moving together, and Brett's demons from the past cause huge troubles between them. Another fanfic about serious topics, there will be angst and grafic content maybe. Don't read if you're too sensitive to abuse and molesting etc. I can assure you everything is gonna be fine, eventually, but it's gonna be a struggle. It seems like my fantasies like to cook up small everyday-people-problems and even bigger problems between these 2. This makes my stories contain a lot of forgiveness, generosity, acceptance, and lots of gratefulness. Remember this is just fiction! 😊 Happy reading! 😊
