Shuichi Saihara is a detective at his uncle's agency in Central Tokyo. He's been tasked with discovering the truth behind the case of the mysterious phantom thief that's been running amuk, and no matter how many leads and hints he gives him, the detective has failed to progress any farther. One night the thief appears at his window sill, tempting him with another one of his wild goose chases.
Will Saihara finally figure out the truth behind everything that's going on? Read to find out!
