It's up to one person to save the state, and maybe even the world from complete corruption. The agency known as A.G.W.A (Anti Gang War Association) has almost been completely wiped out.
The remaining members of A.G.W.A have recruited Joseph Hundley as a part of their crew in exchange for something... he has no idea what that thing is.
