Gangs have been taking control of Newtown Connecticut forever, some are small gangs other are big ones that can't be stopped. It's up to one person to save the state, and maybe even the world from complete corruption. The agency known as A.G.W.A (Anti Gang War Association) has almost been completely wiped out.
