Perfectly Matched (Slow Update)

Our world needs intelligent and strong human beings. Our world needs more brains to cope up with change and the sudden increase in the population. So a group of scientists discovered that they can make a perfect human being by matching two human beings that perfectly matches each other. In order to make this happen they coordinate with the government and they made this as an order, an order in which if a person reaches 18 years old they will be mailed of the name of the person that they should be with. This two will go through tests to double check everything and if they really do matches each other. when they both turn twenty they will get married and is expected to have at the maximum of 2 kids.
