Life in general has different kinds of shades, various shades of colours. The lighter the shade, the lighter the weight; the darker the shade, the heavier the weight.  Sometimes life comes in double or multiple shades, blending and mixing the shades to give a beautiful single colour can be hectic. Life is as intense as you want it to be. People in it will bring either tremendous joy or an unbearable pain. She could heal in revenge, hell being her home. But healing through words is the only way of keeping her sanity.
