Prince Nathaniel "Nate" Sinclair is the next to take the throne as the King of Freedonia. He goes through so much as the new King until one day when he has to meet the head of his guard Hunter Carmichael. He found himself feeling things that he has never felt before also making him question his sexuality, and the loyalty to his country.

Hunter Carmichael is the head of the King's Guard. When he finally meets the King he remembers meeting him as a young child. Hunter knows that he felt something towards the young King. With trying to keep his feelings in check he is put in charge to accompany the King on a foreign trip.

The more these two spend more time with each other, the more their feelings and relationship grows. With their past coming to haunt them, they take risks that they never thought they would. Read to find out what happens between these two.
