On the Way to the End - Dramione

After the Battle of Hogwarts, the war continues on when Harry was unable to beat Voldemort. The Golden Trio narrowly escaped Hogwarts and meets up with the order. Two months pass and they are at a loss of what to do next. It isn't until Draco Malfoy offers up some information that they realize they might just have a chance to end the war once and for all.
