Nevaeh Kingsley, a 22 year old, beautiful, black young lady employed at Omega General Insurance Company has had it with men. Her last boyfriend was a toxic mess and her newest crush doesn't seem too keen on making any moves. Plus everyone thinks he's bad news which she can't seem to understand. When a new guy is hired at the office though, all of her co-workers are quick to ship them just because he's black and a pastor's son. Caleb Calaway, a 23 year old graduate from Cloverfield University thinks he's far from ready for a relationship. With his holier-than-thou mother constantly nagging him to find a 'virtuous woman,' Caleb's finding it hard to connect with anyone. Between his new job, bible study, leading a vibrant group of young people at church, playing the keyboard at every Sunday service, occasionally filling in for his preacher father, and mourning the sudden passing of his best friend, a girlfriend isn't his top priority despite his mother's wishes. And with his own parent's marital status secretly swinging closer and closer to a divorce, Caleb is convinced that his interests are better served in his duties at the church.
