But after being partnered up for a school project, Spencer's feelings get stronger by the day and Allie soon figures out about it and finds it amusing and decides to take advantage of it.
Like any other cliche story her plan falls apart for some unknown reason, which she finds annoying. But not as annoying as Spencer.
