When you think of coffee, what is the first thing to come to mind? The beverage, or the crime?

Seattle in the 1970s, where the families of coffee makers, roasters and brewers are the equivalents of Italian mobs and gangs. When the threat of her father's business falls subject to coffee shop feuds, Annalisa Marzocco must step forward to prove herself. But as she discovers more about her father's affairs, she becomes involved in a scheme that she cannot leave, should she risk the pride of her family, and even her own life.
