After the inter-dimensional war and Z-ARC's defeat, something strange happened.... The dimensions became one, making each their own town on the same map, but that's not the weird part... What happened to their genders!? All the girls are now boys and all the boys are now girls. There are a few exceptions though; Yuto, Yugo, and Yusho are still boys, but Yuya and Yuri are now girls( Yoko is still a girl too)... Everyone has their memories except for the Yu-boys, Yu-girls? What happens when they finally meet again?

A hikari without a yami has a year to live and will slowly vanish, the said hikari will become particles of lights before completely gone like a candlelight that has burned out. It has been a month since Yugi has live on her own without her yamis. She lost her friends thanks to a lie that Vivian and Anzu spread and to make things worse her grandfather was died due to an accident back in Egypt. Everyday that has pass makes Yugi's condition worsen to the point that Dark Magician is pissed at Atem and Yami and makes a decision to look after his Mistress Yugi in placed of them. Will they realize their mistake before Yugi's time runs out or will Yugi die in vain? He was not expecting to travel through dimensions to stop a Professor who really needs to let go of the dead, quell a dimensional war and save his childhood friend Yuzu from being kidnapped. Also deal with three other guys running around with his face while Yuzu deals with the same problem of three other girls running around with her face. All Wataru wanted to do was to make his own violin that would surpass his father with fighting Fangires on the side as a Kamen Rider. He was not expecting to travel to dimensions with Yuya (and others), hell he wasn't even expecting to travel to Yuya's dimension instead of his own. He really wasn't expecting this and what's this? A deck of cards? Pendulum summoning? What's that? Also he has no clue on how he even got there! Neither of them were prepared for what's to come. (Unexpected crossover between Arc-V and Kamen Rider Kiva plus a bit of a rewrite of Arc-V. Heads up, there might not be a whole lot of Kamen Rider action.
