The Hat Trick

Imagine a lamb surrounded by a wooden fence covered in gasoline, when a flame comes into contact with the fence the whole thing catches alight. The lamb cannot escape the inferno. In the same way, the inferno is the rebellion and the lamb is the capital. The capital cannot escape the rebellion. Katniss Everdeen was the girl on fire, the flame of the rebellion but before her someone had been pouring the gasoline for years, this person was the Hat Trick and she kick-started the inferno.
