This is my story about my journey with Bipolar disorder. I talk about my mania episodes, severe depression and pyschosis with delusions. It hasn't been easy but each day I learn to live with my illness. i want to share my story because there's a lot of myths about Bipolar. I hope my story will help anyone who reads.

You don't believe me anyways. You don't see me throwing away my inhibitions or filling up my online shopping cart. You don't see me diving into new life goals and careers and areas of study.
