Hello Wattpad community! This is my first novel here, and I can't wait to get started! Welcome to NaNo land! The land filled with hundreds of thousands of would-be writers insane enough to write a book in a month, but capable enough to make that happen! ^^ 50,000 words, here I come! __________________________________________________ Hallen Forist lives in a world without rules. A world where you're just as likely to be thanked for murder as you are to be killed for it. Where raiding is customary and death is rampant. A world of anarchy. There are no law-breakers, because there are no laws. It takes all of your energy just to survive in this world, and the fact that Hallen has lived to the age of 18 is proof of his admirable survival skills. But Hallen dreams of a world of reason. A world of laws. What starts as a tirade against the circumstances of Rhal becomes an ideal, and that ideal takes on a life of it's own. Ideas are just like wildfire - they can be started on a whim, but once started impossible to put out. Can Hallen stop this change, or should this change be stopped? Hallen may be the progenitor of a new age - but is this an age worth living in?

Fantasy, horror, and science fiction are my favorite genres to read. They are also my favorite to write. I've enjoyed writing since I won my first writing contest in the fourth grade. That was over twenty-five years ago and I haven't shared a sinlge word of it. Imposter syndrome is a bitch! Well, I finally managed to pull the trigger. Here is "O Negative". It's a mix of all of my favorite genres. I've mixed a fantasy, based on present-day Earth, with plenty of graphic horror and wrapped it all up within a world driven by the technological advancements that only can be obtained from millions of years of civilation. A small group of strangers find themselves surviving in a decimated world. It's bad enough to be stranded in a no-name town, but things become surreal when you realize the vast majority of humanity has died...it becomes terrifying when you realize you aren't that lucky to be alive. "Survivor's Guilt" isn't a thing when you find yourself the sole food source for an entire group of beings that no longer need to hide in the shadows. Man is no longer at the top of the food chain...they are now the cattle.

I'm just gonna make my own world and plot and own factions, I will take some inspiration from Deepwoken though. It's probably going to be some basic fantasy book but I want to enjoy writing. "Seek out your destiny upon an unforgiving sea and unravel the mysteries of a dying world. Discover and modify powerful abilities, find unique strengths and develop yourself into a force to be reckoned with. Desperately try to escape the horrors that lurk just beneath the waves. Whatever you do, it's your story to be told." A young adventurer by the name of Marco Donnet goes out to sail the world that he so lives on, Lumen. A world that beholds magic, creatures of horrific descriptions, powers worthy of taking down giant beasts and riches that no man has ever had. But the question remains... Seventeen-year-old Jak is struggling to get through high school. From the bus driver who hates him to his English teacher that finds any excuse to make his life miserable. However, Jak is determined to get back home to his mother after magically being pulled into another world through the magic of a meteor shower. Kaolin is a world where today's technology doesn't exist. An old couple rescue Jak from the cold mountain air and help him take steps in finding a way home. At the same time the king's men sense the illegal use of magic that brought Jak to Kaolin and come looking for him. The old couple use themselves as decoys, allowing Jak to get away. He finds himself with the resistance against a tyrannical king after narrowly escaping the general of the king's knights. He had a little help from a new comrade and an ancestral dragon. The members of the resistance think he is just another unfortunate magic-user who is seeking asylum. However, when Jak bonds with the ancestral dragon he is given an ancient power not witnessed in three hundred years. Along with this new power, the dragon comes with a prophetic warning that Jak's presence on Kaolin is a greater threat to the balance of nature than the murderous king and he must leave before it is too late. Once Jak uncovers a way back to Earth, he also discovers the old couple that saved him is being held within the dungeons of the capital. He is forced to choose between saving them and preventing the dragon's catastrophic prophecy.

Later they spliced certain tree's DNA into Alfari thereby creating the Arboreals. Even in a fantasy there is oppression, racism, religious anamosity, political corruption, and corporate greed. In the Garden Realm the fantastic is everywhere, and sometimes it's hard to live but brutally easy to die. (Warning: This is an adult fantasy with graphic adult themes and scenes.
