After the reveal of the circumstances of Tessa Gray's birth, as well as the fact that she is an immortal shadowhunter who can use both runes and magic, a few curious souls in the Shadow World became interested in the possibilities...

Soon, children begin to disappear,... at first only humans with the sight, then, much to the outrage of the Courts, fey children; finally, a few Shadowhunter children. Panic Ensues as the Shadow World is ripped asunder in the search... Alas, nothing is found & time flow relentlessly &, in the blink of an eye, 60 years pass.
Very few, exclusively those who shun Death, still search, finally finding their lost heirs. Only to witness horrors only beings of Edom could look upon without disgust.
The only survivors of these horrors were 3 children, 2 boys and a girl; the only successful subjects.

Unbeknownst to everyone, including themselves, these innocent children would have trials & tribulations in the future, the likes of which no one could ever imagine...
