After the the tattered remains of the Resistance forces narrow escape from Crait, they hide in the outer reaches of the galaxy to regroup. Rey, left haunted from her confrontation with Kylo Ren in Snoke's throne room, feels lost without her Master, Luke Skywalker to guide her. 
Across the galaxy, Supreme Leader Kylo Ren is more determined than ever to find Rey and convince her to turn to the Dark Side. On a fateful collision course, Rey and Kylo will both fight to tip the balance of the force in their favor. Will they fight against one another or join together to fulfill their destinies? 

The events in this story take place after the Last Jedi and has taken some inspiration from the Rise of Skywalker.
