Find Me Again?

Jacob Perez is unloved in his home. One day he's had enough...so he runs.

At first he is in horrible condition, but then...someone saves him. He doesn't turn him in because he sees himself in Jacob.

The rescuer trusts Jacob and drags him into a bittersweet life.

Of course somehow Jacob's found and he is brought home...but can the rescuer find him again?

Or will the two go on in life wondering what could be?
