In the nation of Panem, there are 12 districts and a capitol, every year, 1 boy and girl from each district is put into an arena to fight to the death until 1 remains. In the charter of the games, every 25 years a Quarter Quell will be held. A Quarter Quell adds a special twist to the games. It is the morning of the 4th Quarter Quell, and the twist is that the richest kids of each district will be chosen. Diamond Seraphi, the daughter of the mayor of District 1, is a possible tribute for the games.
