Ahsoka Tano did not come to the temple alone, she came with her sister Anya. Unlike most sister's Ahsoka is a togruta female, while Anya is a female human. Ahsoka is strong with the force unlike Anya who has no connection to the force. When Master Plo Koon found Ahsoka he knew that Anya wouldn't leave her side so he talked to Master Shaak Ti about a female clone trooper, who wasn't a clone. While Anakin, Rex and the rest of the 501st are on a mission Ahsoka is left behind at the Jedi temple and is framed for a murder she did not commit so she is now on the run to find out who the real enemy is.
