They have caught attention from a group very similar to the s.c.p foundation they where known for capturing people with abilities and they are in named the jail house janitors for most of the people J.H.J picks up are people able to or have become enemies of a country because of there powers
In other words in this universe those with powers are hinted down charged for a crime and the J.H.J comes to tranq and remove the unlucky bastards from societyAll Rights Reserved
