When two families with bad blood go against each other, it spans 30 years of feud in the making.

10-year-old Fuyuko Junko just wanted a break from dead bodies and a world of crime. Ever since joining Tantei Association, putting up with psychopath 6-year-old Kudo Ranran and no-nonsense apprentice Kudo Shinichi was like working with a pair of demons from hell. Hoping to re-establish normalcy, she drags her childhood friend of 7 years Majima Michio to watch a romantic movie much to his horror.

There, an unexpected interruption brought them back to the doors of the association once more, when a perpetrator steals the movie they were currently watching.

While investigating, the members then come across skeletons in the closet. Things like 'illegitimate son' to 'affairs of the heart' began to peak out its seams behind the silver screen. Before long, they ended up getting entangled in a shootout when one learns a supposedly dead brother has resurfaced from the dead.

With bad blood between brothers boiling to the brim, and some hidden shadows pulling the strings, will Tantei association be able to unlock the baffling secrets behind the stolen film?
