You're halfway there! Twenty weeks into your pregnancy, your baby has grown significantly from that first dividing cell. The fetus now weighs about 260 grams and measures 14 to 16 centimeters from crown to rump. However, we can also measure your baby's full length from head to foot. Your baby is about 25.4cm long, similar in length to a king-sized block of chocolate! (Although quite a different shape, of course.) The baby's growth is taking up increasing room in the uterus, and continued growth will put pressure on the mother's lungs, stomach, bladder, and kidneys.
