Leon has always been the strongest, the unbeatable champion. However, Chairman Rose interfered during the final battle and released Eternatus into the world. It was up to Leon to capture him but for some reason his pokemon couldn't do anything. The final poke ball he threw broke in half and he was stabbed in the side by Eternatus tail. His little brother and his friend, the challenger, were able to stop Eternatus instead of him. However, Leon still looked forward to the battle between him and the challenger.
But he lost.
The poison took affect.
Now when he wakes up the next morning...
He is back to being only 16 years old!
