'I reached under my bed for the knife that was hiding there, waiting. The blade felt cold against my skin. I hesitated only a second longer before slicing it across my wrist, careful to avoid veins. I wasn't seeking death, just the mental relief physical pain brought.' Christina was an average girl. She always followed the rules and did what she was told. She wasn't prissy or overly brainy, she was just going through high school like everyone else. Now, she's cutting herself and refusing to sleep. And just when she feels she can't get any lower, Daniel comes into her life, but can he be enough or will her nightmares continue to rule her life night and day.

"No one will ever love a worthless whore like you," my dad screamed at me. And I believed him, no one will ever love me. Im not pretty enough, and I'm too fat. I cleaned up the blood on the floor that the knife had caused. And went back to my room, or the cell that they gave me. I sat up against the wall and cried, I'm breaking. I'm dying, the doctor said so. I don't have a lot of time to live. I just feel bad for the next punching bag they have. Trigger warning: suggested by @poptart_playz10
