“Hey Aden, why are you being such a prude! Say hello!” Ty Sais, pushing me into Aden, who, like a reflex, turns and catches me.
Aden? Where did I hear that name before? It seems familiar…
When I recovered from almost falling to my death I notice that Aden is still holding me. Not being used to being touched, I go to pull away, but as if predicting my next move, Aden holds me tighter.
He places his finger under my chin and lifts my head so our eyes meet.
Green clashes with brown, and I swear to the almighty pander, time stood still.
“Mine” he whispers under his breath.
