Welcome to a Link and Mipha Ship Story!! This is a Link and Mipha story based off the premise of both LoZ: Breath of the Wild and the anime film Your Name.

This Fanfic takes place 100 years after the events of the great calamity. The Champions along with Princess Zelda and her appointed knight, Link, conquered and defeated Calamity Ganon the first time at the expense of the entirety of Hyrule and the lives of the Champions. Link was fatally wounded in the battle against the Great Calamity and Zelda along with Purah and Robbie brought him to the Shrine of Resurrection in hopes that he will be healed and could possibly have a life of his own.

Link soon discovers a sheikah slate from another time that helps him communicate with Mipha before she met him as a child. The former Hero of Hyrule then sets out on a quest to make sense of what is going on and how he can live a life without a destiny when everything he loved was left behind.
