It's a story about an angel with family issues who not fully decided either falls from heaven or leaves to live in a nearby town. Unbeknownst to him, the town has a local cult that believes he is special.

If it sounds cliché it probably is because it is.
Not going to sync up with actual religious beliefs of what angels act or look like just my idea of them while keeping some aspects. So please keep this in mind.
