Well Charles isn't exactly the making new friends and falling in love type. His family has to move around alot because of his mom's mysterious job. The latest time he moved, he made an amazing friend that now after his families recent move is now several states away. So he stopped dealing with any kind of relationship knowing that he would just move again and loose another friend, or love. However with his most recent move he might just have to over look his rules about not making any kind of relationship with anybody as he slowly learns about an amazing girl that goes to his newest school.
