this is a story about a girl who loses her parents when she's 10 years old, sent to an orphanage, the orphanage is not like the way people think orphanages are, they have wifi and phones are allowed, sometimes they give the kids phones so they can contact someone in the case of an emergency. the girl struggles to make friends until 8th grade (I think that's what grade I was in when taking you came out...) she saw taking you and became a fan of why don't we, than she overheard some other orphan girls talking about them and pretended she couldn't hear them singing the song got their attention and they formed a band together of five girls. eventually the boys run into them while they are walking to school and the next day they "adopt" them just to get then out of there.
