January 4th 2020 was the first world meeting of the year and this year it was being held in Washington DC. Anyways the countries were all ready for the meeting to being but with America not present in his own country they can not being. What's worse is he forgets to bring some files causing an unknown person to show up and raise some questions. What will the countries find out about this person? Who is this person?
