Brooklyn Claire Sanderfield, the perfect with everything she wants from diamonds to designer gowns and a powerfully respected medical family, however when she outbreak happens Brooklyn is in Atalanta and she is separated from her family. Brooklyn makes her way to the Greene farm in hopes of finding her close family friends, however, she gets more than she bargained for when a group turn up and she has to use her medical skills more than once.
Brooklyn is drawn to a closed-off redneck hunter and as the world becomes worse and the group is forced closer, the princess falls for the redneck and the redneck falls for the princess.
