She was born to be a nerd, Priscilla always knew that about herself and she never really minded. With adoring parents, her stuffed animals, and books she never felt like she was missing anything. She always felt whole. She was smart and she considered it a gift, even if getting into high school when she was twelve hindered her socialization skills, it didn't mean she would ever take back her love for reading and other thing's many considered too "nerdy" or "dorky" to appreciate. Then, her mother, her best friend, died. This time, she didn't feel so whole. Priscilla is ready to write off her senior year as just another year but not if MaryJane, her crazy hyper-active, slightly slutty best friend has anything to do about it. Throw in James Colton, the bad boy who has suddenly taken a new interest in her and Delilah, her soon-to-be-sister? She was born to be a nerd and she damn will always be one but even nerds can learn how to live a little, right? This just might be the year of her life and maybe it can make her whole again. ***Also, please keep in mind that this is the first draft only and I edit it in my spare time. There might be minor mistakes but nothing that won't be fixed once it's done***

Meet Scarlett Woods; a girl different from no other, yet as rare as they come. She's a nerd, yes. She stutters, she's awkward and she'd rather not have more than one person talk to her at a time. Yet, she's badass, she knows when to grab an opportunity and is in no way weak like most nerds are inevitably thought to be. Enter Nathan Cullen; the new student, a nerd not unlike Scarlett and the owner of a smile that can send any girl's heart into overdrive. Nathan waltzes in Scarlett's life, changes everything for the better and mingles with her friends: Allie, Adrian, Evan, Emmett, Lauren and later on Ricky. But amongst the drama with Jonathan, a past chapter from Scarlett's life she'd rather not acknowledge, the continued attempts to keep up a normal façade, the insistent tries to develop a taste for strawberry ice-cream once more and failed efforts to reconcile with her parents, will Scarlett and Nathan be able to make it? Will they fall in love over long chats about Harry Potter and Twilight? Will Nathan's humorous outlook coupled with Scarlett's snarky jokes seal the deal? Will these two people, as alike as two peas in a pod come together only to crash and burn? Will the good girl/bad boy cliché be broken? Will they last long enough to make it? COMPLETED.
