200 years ago, an elite government group devised a plan to eliminate dictatorship for ever. The system involved replacing everything with computers. The design was perfected and indestructible. The plan also included a intricate government, known as the Quills. 30 babies are chosen at birth, to be brought up as rulers. Society soon adapted the new, technology dominant world. For 200 years, life continued. The extreme use of computers created incompetent, idiots who couldn't do anything on their own; literally (apart for the heartless Quills). But their is a small group of teens who have active brain cells. They can not be limited to controlled life given to them. They have a thirst for knowledge and understanding. They are considered a threat to society. No one has ever questioned this system, until know. If society is so dependent on computers, what would happen if they broke? This tragedy seemed impossible just dates ago. Little did I know that the thing I feared most would come true.

After escaping the Game and learning all of its secrets, he is one step closer to freedom. From the award-winning author of 𝘒𝘰𝘭𝘪𝘣𝘳𝘪𝘦, comes the third and last installment of 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘎𝘢𝘮𝘦 𝘛𝘳𝘪𝘭𝘰𝘨𝘺, where the only way to defeat the game is to end the one who made it.
